1. Lay 1 flour tortilla on a flat surface........
   
   
2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of your chive cream cheese on top of tortilla.........
3. Sprinkle over cream cheese your black pepper, garlic powder and some shredded cheddar cheese...........
4. Place a few strips of your sliced roasted red peppers on top......
5. Place a handful of your fresh baby spinach on top........
6. Tightly roll up tortilla and place to the side..........
7. Continue process until cream cheese is used up......I made 4 big rolls.......
