Pesto Pasta Salad instructions

1. In a large pot fill half way with water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Once boiling add a couple pinches of salt and pasta. Cook pasta til tender. Drain and run under cold water til pasta is cooled down and drain excess water. Add pasta back into pot along with rest of ingredients except for olive oil and only half of the shredded cheese. Mix very well til well combined. Add a few drizzles of olive oil and mix well. Top with rest of shredded cheese..
